O R D E R

The petitioner is a daily wage DTP Operator in Telugu Academy. She filed the present writ petition apprehending that the Academy would discontinue her services from a particular date. By order dated 12.03.2012, this Court directed the Academy to continue the petitioner in service as a DTP Operator. WVMP No.4540 of 2012 was filed by the Academy to vacate the said order. In para 8 of the supporting counter-affidavit, the Director of the Academy specifically stated that no order had been passed affecting the petitioner's continuation and therefore, the writ petition was premature. Taking due note of the stand of the Academy as put-forth in para 8 of the counter-affidavit, the writ petition is closed. In the event any cause for grievance arises in future, it shall be open to the petitioner to seek redressal thereof in accordance with law.
