Therefore, this Court finds that it is just and reasonable to allow the present writ petition and the petitioner is entitled for notional promotion on par with her junior, Smt.C.Sita Kalyani. As the charge sheet was dropped on 16.10.2014, she is not entitled for any monetary benefits from 06.O4.2073 to 16.lO.2Ol4.

In the result, this writ petition is allowed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
