This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 ol Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is Accused No.1 in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.4 14 o{ 2022 on the file of Hayathnagar Police Station, Rachakonda, registered for the olfences punishable under Sections 419, 42O, 465, 468,47 1 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. 3.

Since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner are up to seven years, without going into merits of the matter, respondent - Police are directed to scrupulously follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar a. Sto:te of Blharr scrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously. 4.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly, disposed off. 5.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal I petition, sha11 stand closed.
