This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned letter issued in Rc.No.2/A1/UHCs/2010 by the 2nd respondent regarding the evaluation of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that by virtue of interim orders dated 03-12-2010, the petitioners have operated Urban Health Centers up to March, 2016 and thereafter, said centers were allotted to other agencies by the Government and says that though they have operated the Urban Health Centers, they have not been paid the Honorarium as per the scheme. Though the writ petition is admitted and interim order is passed, no counter affidavit is filed and there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, though the matter is posted for orders.

In view of the same, since the petitioners are not running the Centers from March, 2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioners also admits the same and seeks a direction to release Honorarium for the period for which the petitioners have operated the Urban Health Centers.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the Honorarium to the petitioners for the period for which they have operated the Urban Health Centers.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
