This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the judgment dated 07.8.2015 in Criminal Appeal No.173 of 2015 delivered by the Court of IV Additional District Judge, Tanuku, confirming the order dated 05.1.2015 in D.V.C. No.7 of 2012 passed by the Court of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tanuku.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the Fore Noon or in the After Noon even though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". The learned counsel for the respondents present in the Fore Noon and in the After Noon. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Crl.RC shall stand closed.
