HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.19875 & 19957 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:
When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the issue involved in these writ petitions is covered in terms of the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.1718 & 1720 of 2019, dated 19.08.2019.
In view of the above submission and for the reasons recorded in the orders dated 19.08.2019 in W.P.Nos.1718 & 1720 of 2019, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit representations afresh to the respondents within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, staking their claim for regularization in terms of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Karnataka v. Umadevi1, and upon such a representation being made, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within another Eight weeks thereafter.
Subject to the above directions, the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
