HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.11095 OF 2015 ORDER :

No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on 13.11.2015 before the XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and even S.R.No.7692 of 2015 was given, but so far calendar case number is not assigned.

It is strange and un-understandable as to why the learned XIIIAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, has kept it pending.

In view of filing of the charge sheet and as per the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admissions stage itself. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
