The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that the suit has been already adjudicated by the trial Court and that, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition. The learned counsel for the respondents is present. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the CRP shall also stand dismissed.
