HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 19984 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4. With the consent of all the parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land admeasuring 363 square yards in Sy.No.281 situated at Achampeta Village and Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District without issuing any notice and without following the due procedure contemplated under law, as illegal and arbitrary; and consequently direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to take any coercive steps without following due process of law."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are incorrect and they are not interfering with the property in dispute. Recording the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4, the writ petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
