Sri V.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri K.Maheshwara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for appellant submits that the matter is settled outside the Court.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.

When the matter came up for hearing on 06.11.2017, learned counsel for appellant submits that this Court cannot take up this matter as this matter was already heard by Division Bench. Earlier, jurisdiction for the Division Bench was upto 10 lakhs now, it is enhanced, even for a Single Judge, upto 25 lakhs in view of the G.O cited by the High Court.

Therefore, this Court has got jurisdiction to try this matter. Post on 13.11.2017 for hearing arguments of both the counsel.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that para Nos.2 and 3 of the affidavit are not relevant, by mistake those two paragraphs were crept in the affidavit. Therefore, he wants to amend the petition.

The petitioner is directed to file fresh application by giving notice to the otherside.

Post on 10.11.2017 for filing counter of respondents.
