ORDER

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in refusing to change the name of petitioner's parents in her records and also her CBSE pass certificate by replacing her father's name as 'Padala V.G.D.Prasad Reddy' in the place of 'Padala Prasad Reddy' and her mother's name as 'Padala Navya' in the place of 'Medapati Navya', under the proceedings No.CBSE/RO(M)/CORRN/REJN/6688/ 2015 dated 06.02.2016 of the second respondent, as arbitrary and illegal. 2.

During hearing, learned counsel for petitioner requested to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh application for necessary amendment of the names of her father and mother in her CBSE pass certificate. 3.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for petitioner, no further examination of the disputed questions is required. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the application, if any, submitted by petitioner for change of the names of her father and mother in her CBSE pass certificate, within one month from the date of receipt of such application. However, it is left open to petitioner to file necessary application to change the names of her father and mother.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
