HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20146 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in taking steps to dismantle the service connection bearing Nos.PZ004495 and PZ004496 sanctioned on the name of the 4th respondent in respect of the petitioners premises bearing H.No.6-4-371/9/A situated at Bholakpur, Secunderabad, in spite of the written complaint made through meeseva on 07.6.2019 and 14.6.2019 as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent authorities to forthwith dismantle the above said service connections so as to enable the petitioner to obtain new service connections on her name in accordance with Law and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not taking steps to dismantle the subject Service Connections in spite of his complaints dated 07.6.2019 and 14.6.2019. However, today at the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly stated that the petitioner was informed by the respondents that his complaints will be considered. Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the complaints of the petitioner and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
