CVNR,J & JUD,J W.P.No.13267 of 2017 07.06.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash order, dated 11.08.2016, in F.A.I.A.No.942 of 2015 in F.A.(SR) No.2532 of 2015 on the file of respondent No.1 confirming order, dated 26.03.2015, in C.C.No.292 of 2011 on the file of respondent No.2.

After arguing the case, Mr.T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail the remedy of revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. 3.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.16465 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
