This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.08.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 16.09.2019 stating as follows: "It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner Mankala Mounika Jyothi gave a complaint to the Station House Officer, WPS Saroornagar on 12.9.2019 stating that she got married one Mukkara Rakesh on 8.5.2019, after marriage her husband and inlaws harassed her physically and mentally and beat her mercilessly on one pretext or other and threatened with dire consequences. It is submitted that on receipt of above complaint, a case was registered in Crime No.279/2019, U/s.498-A, 323, 506 IPC of Saroornagar WPS on 12.09.2019.

It is submitted that later the case was compromised in LokAdalat on 14.9.2019." Recording the written submissions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
