As there was no representation on behalf of the appellants on 03.08.2017, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for orders". Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the appellants nor is there any representation made on their behalf. Hence, the C.M.A is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this C.M.A., if any, shall stand closed.
