THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5287 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,' 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/A1 on bail in connection with C.O.R.No.35 of 2022, on the file of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Narayankhed, Sangareddy District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner/A1 would submit that the petitioner is undergoing treatment and is hospitalized due to heart ailments.

Earlier, this Court granted the relief of interim bail to this petitioner/A1 for a period of four weeks keeping in view his medical condition, in Crl.P.No.3570 of 2022, dt.28.04.2022.

However, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner/A1 submits that his medical condition has not improved and another four weeks time would be required. 6.

Keeping in view the health condition of the petitioner/A1, finally, interim bail for a period of four weeks is granted to the petitioner/A1 till 08.08.2022. As a consequence of granting four weeks interim bail on medical grounds, NBWs shall stand suspended till 08.08.2022. 7.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
