THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19912 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Petitioner, who is an unemployed person, filed representation dt.18.04.2017 before the 3rd respondent seeking consideration of his case for appointment to the post of Deputy Surveyor(Survey and Land Records) in the State of Telangana. His grievance is that the same has not been disposed of by the 3rd respondent till date.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dt.18.04.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
