This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 09.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.1324 of 2019 in O.S.No.113 of 2010 by the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would contend that the suit in O.S.No.113 of 2010 was disposed of long back. Thereafter, Execution Petition was filed. During pendency of the Execution Petition, I.A.No.1324 of 2019 was filed, wherein the Court below without jurisdiction granted interim stay till 29.08.2019, and the said order is extended from time to time and ultimately prayed to set aside the same.

A perusal of the material placed on record reveals that I.A.No.1324 of 2019 is pending before the Court below. Since the interim stay granted is being extended from time to time, it is left open to the revision petitioner to agitate all the grounds available to him in the impugned I.A. before the Court below. Further, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1324 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 30 days from the date of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
