It is brought to our notice that the suit O.S.No.323 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed as not pressed on 07.03.2013, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
