This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in considering the representations dated 29.08.2019 and 04.09.2019 made by the petitioner for granting police aid for implementation of the injunction order dated 04.06.2019 passed in I.A.No.24 of 2019 in O.S.No.264 of 2019 on the file of the learned V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 18.09.2019, the respondent authorities have considered the representations and extended the police protection, and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration any more. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and as no cause survives for adjudication, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
