HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26756 OF 2006 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
"to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner Dt.08.09.2006 in exercise of power conferred under guide line 5.18.6 issued under SGRY Scheme and cancel the resolution of the Mandal Parishad, Maddipadu dated 4.9.2006 and modified by the 2nd Respondent in Rc.No.41/2006, Dt.15.11.2006, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to guidelines and null and void and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.
This Court while admitting the Writ Petition on 26.12.2006 passed the following interim order:
"Sri M.Prabhakar Rao takes notice for R.1 and R.2. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out notice to respondent No.3 and file poof of service.
List the matter after Pongal Vacation, 2007.
In view of the facts and circumstances explained, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 08.09.2006, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from today, and till a decision is taken in relation thereto, status quo obtaining as on today to be maintained."

Since the relief sought for in the writ petition was granted by way of interim order, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.
