THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.23636 of 2016 ORDER :

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the representation, dated 08-10-2015 and in not issuing the certificates of Date of Birth of the petitioner and Death Certificates of Grandfather and Grandmother of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to issue the certificates in favour of the petitioner immediately. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that petitioner's representation, dated 08-10-2015 was rejected. In view of the same, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the rejection order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
