This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the impugned action of the respondents in not removing the illegal encroachments in Survey No.124/6, Gramakantam of Durgasamudram Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 01.09.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

A perusal of the averments in the Writ Petition shows that the petitioner has not stated any legal provision, under which respondent No.3 has the statutory duty to evict the persons in occupation of Gramakantam land.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner file a fresh Writ Petition with proper pleadings.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.54747 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 30th December, 2015
