ln view of the changed circumstances after 01.01.2019, the presence or representation on behalf of the petitioner is felt essential to ascertain the status of F.C.O.P.No .1504 of 2017. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P. is dismissed for default for non-prosecution ltlliscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No costs.
