Sri S. D. Gowd, Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation, would submit that the entire tax dues have been paid by the petitioner herein. As the Writ Petition stands abated on the death of the sole petitioner, and as Sri S.D. Gowd, Learned Standing Counsel, submits that the entire tax dues have already been paid, the question of law, referred for our opinion, is left open to be examined in appropriate legal proceedings, and the Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
