On 10.11.2017, when this matter was listed, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 22.11.2017. On 22.11.2017 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list this matter under the caption of "dismissal". Even though the matter was listed under the caption of dismissal, today in the morning session, none appeared for the petitioner, and the matter was passed over. In the evening session also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
