THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 37069 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not ratifying the admission of the students, who are seven in number and who were admitted under the left over vacant Convenor quota seats in the petitioner Institution. Apparently, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the respondent authorities by filing appropriate application. Hence, petitioner is granted liberty to file application before the respondent‐ authorities setting out their grievance. As and when such an application is made, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and take necessary action thereon within one week from the date of receipt of such application.

Subject to the liberty afore‐stated, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
