THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15630 OF 2010 ORDER:

When the matter is called, a preliminary objection is taken by the learned Standing Counsel for Higher Education appearing for the 2nd respondent contending that earlier the petitioner herein filed W.P.No.23179 of 2006 before this Court for the same relief and the same was withdrawn without reserving any right to file writ petition afresh. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned standing counsel that for the same relief, petitioner herein approached the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-1, Hyderabad, by way of Consumer Case No.632 of 2008 and the same ended in dismissal, by way of an order dated 05.08.2009. In fact, a copy of the same is also filed along with the writ petition as material paper.

In view of the above reasons, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 25.10.2016 SS
