THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.19890 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in taking action against the culprits pursuant to the written complaint dated 17.06.2019 in relation to an occurrence said to have taken place on 11.01.2019, as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent police to forthwith act upon the complaint dated 17.06.2019 and take action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 25.09.2019, submits that based on the complaint made by the petitioner to R-2, the same has been forwarded to the R-3 through proper channel. On receipt of the above complaint, G.D. entry was made, enquired into and during such enquiry, it is disclosed that the above issue related to the Election Commission. Accordingly, a notice

was served on the petitioner on 25.09.2019 informing that no action was taken on her complaint and advised the petitioner to approach the District Collector, Nalgonda. If the petitioner has any grievance against the communication of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedies available in law.

Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
