HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 17547 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive, as the petitioners are challenging the transfer orders issued way back in the year 2004 and no interim orders were granted.

In view of the above said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
