RAJANI C.M.A. No. 288 of 2006 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) On the last occasion i.e. 23.11.2017, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Same is the situation today also. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing his cause in this appeal.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
