This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 29.04.2019, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.2458 of 2019.

Heard Smt. B.Rachana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Transport for the 1st respondent, Mr.

Praveen, learned counsel representing Mr.

N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents 2, 3 & 5 and Mr. Mohd. Asifuddin, learned counsel for respondents 6 & 7. Perused the material record. 3.

The contempt case was admitted on 20.09.2019 and thereafter, on 01.11.2019 the official respondents were present before the Court and their presence was dispensed with in view of the representation made by Mr.Praveen, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondents 2, 3 & 5, that the interim orders, dated 29.04.2019, passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.2458 of 2019, have been vacated vide order, dated 23.10.2019. The matter has been listed today and Mr.Praveen, learned counsel, has placed before this Court the order, dated 23.10.2019, passed by this Court in I.A.Nos.2 & 4 of 2019 and I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.2458 of 2019, wherein the learned Judge has dealt with the subject matter and after perusing the record, has passed a

TA, J C.C.No.1258 of 2019 detailed order and vacated the dated 29.04.2019, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.2458 of 2019.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed since the order, dated 29.04.2019, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.2458 of 2019 is no longer surviving.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
