Sri Pottigari Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that there are some typographical mistakes and therefore seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition. Granting the liberty as sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
