Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The order impugned in the present Criminal Revision Case in acquitting the respondents 1 to 6 for the offence under Sections 325 and 323 IPC read with 34 IPC, is appealable. When the same is brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case giving liberty to file an appeal.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application as per law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
