Respondent/Respondent Petition under Section 482 of Cr .P .C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Court dl 2111212020 passed in CrlP No.6B14/2020 by deleting the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall appear before the SHO, Karkhana Police Station, Secunderabad, on everyday between 10.00 AM and 5.00 P N,l till completion of investigation and filling of charge sheet, pending disposal of CRLP No. 6814 of 2020, on the file of the High Court. CrlP.No.6814 of 2020 Petition under Section 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to Enlarge the petitioner on Bail pending investigation, enquiry and trial in Crime No.
197 of 2020 of Karkhana Police Station, Secunderabad in the interest of justice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 21-12-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI Y KOTESWAR RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Sole Respondent, the court made the following.
ORDER
For the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, the order dated 21.12.2020 is modified and the petitioner shall appear on every Saturday before the concerned Police Station between '10 am and 5 pm till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.
