THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8090 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the in-action of the respondents 2 to 5 particularly the respondent no.5 in not consideration of the petitioner seniority and qualification for the post of BCA in Thimmampeta Village in Duggondi Mandal, Warangal District by appointing the unqualified candidates is as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the qualification and experience of the petitioner to the post of BCA and to pass such other orders or order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri M.Ajay Kumar, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Revenue, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 17.01.2016 to the 2nd respondent herein and the same may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the

2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 17.01.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 15.03.2016 SS
