THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9687 of 2009 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in P.R.C.No.111 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Anantapur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar type of criminal petition at appropriate stage. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
