This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner to quash C.C.No.187 of 2011 on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrtate, Hyderabad.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file discharge application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file discharge application. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
