HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.28853 of 2013 ORDER :

Heard Sri C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education representing respondent Nos.1 and 2, Sri Abishek Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.3, and Sri S. Sri Ram, learned counsel representing respondent No.4. 2.

As could be gathered from the previous orders, vide WPMP.No.19515 of 2014 in W.P.No.28853 of 2013, the petitioner made a request to direct the 3rd respondent to permit her to appear for the I-Year, II-Semester Examinations scheduled to be conducted from 19.06.2014 onwards for B.Tech., Course in Electronics and Communications.

Accordingly, such direction was given, by order dated 11.06.2014. Thereafter, till date, no further applications were filed seeking similar relief.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that the 3rd respondent College has not raised any objection after completion of II-Semester Examinations and that has been the reason why the petitioner has not approached this Court seeking similar relief for the other Semesters. He would also submit that now, the petitioner has to take last Semester Examination of B.Tech. Course.

The learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent College would represent that no such objection would be raised by the 3rd respondent College, as was raised earlier, and the writ petition can be disposed of.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 11.06.2014, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if any need arises. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
