This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 05.06.2012 passed in I.A.No.683 of 2010 in O.S.No.232 of 2004 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the revenue authorities assigned the subject matter of the property in her favour. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them.

Permission as sought for is accorded.
