This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not adjudicating and disposing of the case in ARC.No.37/2018 filed by the petitioner under Section 61(1) of the Telangana State Cooperative Societies Act, 1964. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for cooperation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the case filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
