THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1664 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 08.03.2017 passed in W.P.No.33923 of 2016. Pursuant to the order of this Court in the above writ petition, an order was passed by the second respondent on 08.09.2017 and in view of the same, no further proceedings are required to be taken in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
