W.P.No.4384 of 2010 was allowed by order dated 25.02.2010 setting aside the order of termination and directing the respondent - Corporation to reinstate the petitioner into service. Alleging disobedience of the said order, this Contempt Case is filed. 2.

In paragraph No.3 of the counter affidavit deposed by Sri V. Srikrishna on behalf of the respondent - Corporation, it is stated that in compliance of the orders passed by this Court, petitioner was reengaged as contract Conductor by its office order dated 15.05.2010.
