No. 1021 of 2014 as illegal, arbitrary and being violative of the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1997 and the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Rules, 2007 and quash the same by issuing a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus.
