HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.790 OF 2016 IN COMPANY PETITION No.102 OF 2004 ORDER:

The Application is filed under Section 457 (1) (e) and 460 (4) of the Indian Companies Act,1956 read with Rules 9, 275, 276 and 290 of the Companies (Court) Rules,1959.

The Official Liquidator in the affidavit dated 03.06.2016 has stated that as on date, a sum of Rs.12,41,841/- is available and he may be permitted to declare 2nd dividend to secured creditors/ workmen of the company. The details of this class of members are stated in Annexure-D.

With the assistance of learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator, I have perused the details set out in Annexure A to D.
