The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the third respondent in taking action in Crime No.56 of 2019 dated 19.04.2019 registered for the offences under Sections 324, 509, 290 and 109 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Julapalli Police Station, on 19.04.2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 04.11.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the aforestated crime was registered, and during the course of investigation, L.Ws.1 to 7 were examined and their statements were recorded. A notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was served on the first accused on 19.09.2010. Learned AGP would further submit that the investigation in the case is almost completed and the respondent authorities will file the charge sheet within a period of one month.

In the light of the aforestated submission made on behalf of the third respondent, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
