THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15692 of 2017 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioners challenge the auction notice, dated 19.04.2017 issued by the third respondent - Gram Panchayat Eligaid, represented by its Secretary, Eligaid Gram Panchayat, Eligaid Village and Mandal, Peddapalli District, for conducting auction of shop Nos.1 to 8 and 9 to 19 of the Gram Panchayat on 27.04.2017.

A perusal of the proceedings sheet discloses that on 26.04.2017, this Court granted liberty to the petitioners to participate in the auction but there is no stay granted with respect to the impugned auction notice, as sought by the petitioners. In those circumstances, the relief claimed in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 17th APRIL, 2018.
