Counsel for 4th respondent, on instructions, states that the Claim Petition No.2 of 2016 pending before the 2nd respondent is considered in accordance with law and the grievance complained in the writ petition is substantially redressed. Counsel for petitioner does not dispute the statement made by 4th respondent.

The writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary and the petitioner is given liberty to place copy of this order before respondents 2 to 4 for proceeding in the matter, as stated in this Court.
