This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct inspection to the petitioner's college and accord provisional affiliation for the academic year 2019-2020 for starting B.Sc., Nursing programme as per the directions issued by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.12759-12561 of 2017, dated 11.09.2017. 2.
Heard Sri D.L Pandu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-University.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to hearing of the matter by this Court on 01.10.2019, the petitioner made a representation on 17.10.2019 to the 2nd respondent for according provisional affiliation for the academic year 2019-2020 for staring B.Sc., Nursing Programme.

On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that the representation, dated 17.10.2019, submitted by the petitioner would be duly considered and disposed by the authorities concerned and seeks two (2) weeks time. 5.
Having regard to the submission made by learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.10.2019, as per the procedure relating to sanction of permissions to the said course for the academic year 2019-2020, and pass appropriate orders
in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
