Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry for the respondents. 2.

By order dated 10.06.2019, petitioner was placed under suspension on the ground of involvement in a criminal case. From a reading of the order, it appears that petitioner was detained on 28.05.2019. Therefore, the order of suspension was effected from that date. But, the petitioner has not stated as to for how long he was detained.

Be that as it may, against order of suspension, petitioner has remedy of appeal and he ought to have availed the said remedy. Since suspension was made more than three months back, the petitioner could have requested the competent authority to review the suspension by narrating the subsequent developments. Petitioner neither filed review petition nor appeal, but straight away filed this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a review petition or an appeal, as advised, against the order of suspension. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
